Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care items and hygiene products
  • Opened bedding or bath linens
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards and downloadable products

How to Return an Item

1. Initiate Return Request

Log in to your account and go to "My Orders". Select the order containing the item you want to return and click "Return Item".

2. Select Return Reason

Choose the reason for your return from the dropdown menu. This helps us improve our products and services.

3. Print Return Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label. For orders over $50, return shipping is free!

4. Pack & Ship

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

5. Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy! Follow the same return process above, and when selecting your return reason, choose "Exchange".

Exchange Options

  • Different Size: Exchange for the same item in a different size
  • Different Color: Exchange for the same item in a different color
  • Different Item: Exchange for a different item of equal or lesser value

Note: If exchanging for an item of greater value, you'll be charged the difference. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Important: Please take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging before opening. This helps us process your claim faster and improve our packaging standards.
